About the author

Lucy is an Innovation Manager at Unicef UK where she develops and delivers new initiatives crossing all areas of fundraising and campaigns. Her background is in the area of innovation, both inside and outside of the industry, and has spent the majority of her career working within the banking sector on partnerships and projects with big tech giants of the likes of Google, Facebook and Cisco. She moved over to the charity sector to (save her soul and…) support the launch of Unicef UK’s new innovation team. Over the past few years she been a key player in the growth of the team as well as delivering a range of fundraising products to market. She is also one of the founding members of the Charity Innovation Network, a peer to peer network of innovation professionals from across the industry.
